Action Force Gi Joe Armored Troop Carrier ATC APC Near Complete Has Stretcher

Used 1983 action force ATC troop carrier. Complete with hard to find stretcher rocket launcher and rockets. One rocket has a broken securing pin and the launcher does not attach due to a worn securing pin.
