FROM THE SET OF FOUR COMMEMORATIVES (SOLDIER, SAILOR FROGMAN, MARINE, & PILOT) THIS SOLDIER OF COLOUR WAS A LATE ADDITION TO THIS 1994 REISSUED SET MAKING IT THE FIFTH FIGURE. THIS RECOGNISED THE CONTRIBUTION MADE BY U. SERVICEMEN OF COLOUR TO THE WAR EFFORT IN DEFEATING WWIIs GLOBAL ENEMY AXIS POWERS. THE MODEL HAD BEEN LEFT OUT FROM THE 1964 ORIGINAL (ALL WHITE FIGURES) SET. THE 12 INCH SERVICEMEN RECREATES THE ORIGINAL1964 HASBRO FIGURES INCLUDING THE REPRODUCED CARDBOARD BOX IN THE NEW DISPLAY (SEE PICTURE). JOE HAS ALL THE USUAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL OF EQUIPMENT, UNIFORM, REMAINS IN MINT CONDITION & IN AN UNOPENED BOX. THANKS FOR HAVING A LOOK & UK.
