Thanks for looking this is a very rare G. Joe action figure from the Eco Warriors range. It is a 1995 rare Chinese version of the packaging and the item has a color changing feature.

It is in good condition for the age. The bubble is nice and strong and attached to the card. The card has some curling which has been caused by storage, it is made by Hasbro and dated 1995. It is a late issue and a very rare variant of the packaging.
