Please be aware that some toy lines over a certain age (TMNT and Toxic Crusaders spring to mind, as two examples) are prone to a type of plastic degradation that can leave them with a slightly oily sticky residue covering them. It doesn't mean they are dirty.

I clean most of my figures but this residue can persist on some, despite being cleaned. If you're within Europe or nearby, you'll likely pay less. Please ask for a price if your country is not listed. Any queries, don't hesitate to drop me a message.
