Vintage 40th Anniversary Gijoe Bivouac Set 18th In Series Mint/sealed 2003

The fully articulated figure and accessories are in a constant 1/6 scale. The complete set consists of the following detailed items: One red haired fully articulated 12inch GI Joe soldier figure, wearing a green cloth fatigue uniform. This consists of a jacket and trousers, a pair of high brown boots, one cloth green fatigue cap, and a 40th GI Joe metal dog tag. A Army training manual and an insignia sheet are also included. A superb 40TH Anniversary fully illustrated GI Joe Action soldier box is also included.

Together with this figure is a separately enclosed Bivouac set in a superb woodgrain box. This set consists of the following accessories: One green cloth tent.

A set of sealed plastic tent poles and pegs. One green fabric camouflage net. A pack of plastic leaves for use on the camouflage net. One plastic green entrenching tool. One green cloth entrenching cover.

One plastic silver coloured tripod with some metal fittings. One green ammo box with opening lid and handle. The handle has metal hinges fitted.

One Army field manual is also enclosed. All these items are in a mint, sealed and unused condition. The packaging is also in a mint, unused clean condition. All this packing retains its vibrant colours and illustrations. The green outer box containing both sets is also in excellent vibrant sealed condition with some minor creasing.

This set definitely captures the spirit of the 1964 GI Joe. The Timeless Collection sticker has never been opened. The set was made in China in 2003 for Hasbros. It comes from a smoke free home.
