Vintage Genuine GI Joe 1985 Cobra Moray Hydrofoil ARAH 99% Complete Excellent

This hydrofoil is in excellent condition, only missing the searchlight lens, everything works, the only issues are 2 broken pegs on the engine cover and the driver has elbow cracks and the "o" ring has perished so needs replacing, driver is missing its gun, some stickers are missing and others are starting to lift due to age.
