Rare Vintage GI-Joe Takara Major Bludd moc carded Action Force Japanese 1986. Card is sealed has some wear and creases and corner bends. Bubble has a ding to the top and side, and stress mark at the top and some scuffs. Few other plastic stress marks on bubble, card has some fading on rear. Price sticker is on top of card.
